2. Reservations and Check-In
2.1 Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made online through our official website, via phone, or in person.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.2 Check-In
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
3.1 Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 15 DAYS prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 DAYS of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
3.2 No-Show
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

4. Check-Out
4.1 Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2 Late Check-Out
Late check-out up to 3:00 PM is available for an additional fee of 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 3:00 PM will incur a full night’s charge.

5. Payment Policy
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and select digital payment methods.
5.2 Payment Schedule
Full payment for the stay is required at check-in. Additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in eviction without refund.
6.2 Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their guests. Charges for damages will be billed to the responsible party.
6.3 Non-Smoking Policy
Hotel Arihant Palace is a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms or public areas will result in a cleaning fee of INR 5,000.
6.4 Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Service animals are permitted with prior notification.
